During the Spring Festival travel rush, the "North Coal to South Transportation" energy artery, represented by the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway, sees a constant flow of coal trains crisscrossing and galloping along. To ensure a secure and stable energy supply and provide warmth for the people during the Spring Festival, CR-Xi'an has proactively assessed the demand for key coal mines within its jurisdiction, dynamically adjusted transportation organization plans, intensified vehicle and equipment maintenance, increased inspections by locomotive crew members, coordinated production and operation plans of coal transportation-related units, leveraged their respective professional strengths, and worked together to boost coal transportation volume, better serving the national economy and people's livelihoods.
Even after the Lantern Festival, northern Shaanxi remains covered in ice and snow, with bone-chilling winds. On February 28, at stations like Jingbianbei Railway Station along the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway, trains loaded with coal slowly started their journey southward toward the "Two Lakes and One River" region to ensure stable energy supply. As of February 27, the railway has dispatched 3,828 coal trains, transporting 13.009 million tons of coal this year.
